Tout d'abord, j'ai reçu un « Net d'Or » en 2003. Cette récompense est attribuée aux meilleurs sites Internet de France par la Société Wanadoo SA, en collaboration avec des sponsors de l'informatique et de la communication.

Pourquoi avoir créé un site Internet ?
Depuis de longues années, ma grande passion est la photographie : Photographies de reportage, de voyage, de créativité et surtout de Nature de notre région et de contrées éloignées. Mais je ne tiens pas à laisser mes clichés dans un tiroir et j'aime les montrer à un maximum de personnes. Jusqu'à présent, le meilleur moyen était la participation aux concours (on dit salons) internationaux. C'est ainsi, que j'ai été récompensé plus de 150 fois dans ces salons patronnés notamment par la Photographic Society of America (PSA), la Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique(FIAP), la Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain (RPS),etc En septembre 2002 et janvier 2003, un article sur mon travail a paru dans le journal de la PSA qui est lu dans le monde entier. Depuis 1999, je fais partie des jurys internationaux de photographie. Vous comprendrez qu'avec un tel élan, aidé d'une assez bonne maîtrise de l'informatique, il m'était inconcevable de ne pas exposer ma passion en m'aidant d'un vecteur de diffusion qui n'a jamais été égalé dans le passé : Je parle de la fameuse toile ou Web en anglais.
Cependant, le fait de créer un site Internet n'est pas sans passer de longues heures nocturnes sur mon micro-ordinateur !
Je remercie sincèrement tous les visiteurs français ou étrangers qui visitent mon site et qui laissent de temps en temps, sur mon livre d'or, des phrases d'encouragements qui sont le seul gain d'un site perso; mais quel gain !!!

I present myself

First of all, I received a "Golden Net" in 2003. This award is adjuged to the best Internet sites of France by the "Wanadoo SA" society, in collaboration with sponsors of the data processing and the communication.

Why to have created an Internet site?
Since long years, my great passion is the photograph: Reportage photographs, journey photographs, creative photographs and especially Nature photographs about my country and distant countries. But I don't want to let my pictures in a packing-case and I like to show them to maximum people. Until now, the best means was the participation in the international shows (we say "salon"). So, I have been awarded more 150 times in these salons patronized notably by the Photographic Society of America (PSA), the Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique (FIAP), the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain (RPS),etc… In 2002 September and 2003 January, an article about my work was printed in the "Journal" of the PSA. This News is read all over the world.

Assisted of a good control in data processing, you will understand that it was inconceivable to me not to expose my passion with such an impetus, while using a vector of diffusion that has been equaled never in the past: The Web !
Sincerely, I thank a lot all French or foreign visitors who visit my site and let some incentive words now and then on my guestbook. This is the only winnings of a personal site; but what winnings !!!
